Playing golf can be a fun activity, but it can also cause serious injuries to some parts of your body, especially your elbow. The most common elbow injury from golf is the golfers’ elbow which results from overuse of the forearm muscles. As well as this, improper/over gripping, or poor swinging techniques can cause tears or pulls in the elbow tendons. Golf-related elbow injuries may make you feel intense pain, tenderness, stiffness, instability, and weakness during or after your session.
